Is the giant cyclone on the surface of Jupiter (the "spot") the cause of Mexico's' evil, violent crime wave?

(Drug related) organized crime violence in Mexico will have devastating long term consequences. According to TIME mag, over the last 5 years more than 40,000 people have been killed in gangland homicides. It's horrendous, and one theory is that Jupiter's huge spot....a cyclone-like storm that never ends--may be the source of rays of negativity that are beaming through space towards Earth/Mexico and spurring all this senseless, depraved, drug-driven violence.
