Should I move on? Guys only please.?

OK sorry for this being kinda long lol. I liked this guy for 2 years. He stares at me alot my friends caught him so have I. Only problem is that he never talks to me. So I tried to talk to him and he said nothing which is weird because he's popular. So my guy friend who is friends with him and said he had no clue who I was even though the friend described me.Then again He sits next to me in class no way he couldn't know my name. My crush then threw something at me no apology. My friend told me to talk to him and told her friend thats his friend that I liked him and told me he said he wasn't interested every time the friend saw me he gave me the evil eye...creepy. My friend then told me the next day my crush had a nice ***. So I decided to move on then my friends caught him staring more at me the less attention I payed to him. He then stepped on the side of my shoe when he was behind me which made me think twice...should I move on or no?
